A letter from Texas Shoppers Network

Thank you for your interest in becoming a mystery shopper for Texas Shoppers Network (TSN). TSN is committed to helping our clients provide the best service and quality, giving them the competitive edge in the market. Our mystery shoppers are the "eyes and ears" of management, providing objective feedback on how our clients are viewed by customers.

As a mystery shopper for TSN, you would be responsible for visiting our clients' businesses and making a discreet evaluation of customer service, cleanliness, and other issues of importance to our clients. Objective observations are then recorded on the report form provided by TSN. This form must be filled out completely and accurately, and submitted to TSN on or before the due date. If you are selected as a mystery shopper for TSN, you will receive complete instructions and training for completing the mystery shop and the report. It is critical that all instructions are followed so that we can meet the expectations of our clients.

The number of assignments you may receive depends on the number of evaluations required by our clients, your location and availability, and the number of mystery shoppers TSN has in your area. Compensation varies, based on the complexity of the shop and the time required to complete it. Payment is made monthly, within 30 days of the end of the evaluation period.

Mystery shopping is an interesting and fun way to earn money, while helping our clients get the important customer service feedback they need. If you would like to be considered for mystery shopping assignments, proceed to the next page and review the Independent Contractor Agreement. Click on "I Agree" to proceed to the Application. Complete the Application and Demographic Data forms, then click to submit the forms. Or, you may download and fax or mail your application and agreement.

TSN will contact you if we have assignments available in your area.
