Acknowledgment Sheet

I visited a store on Sunday in the evening. I was tired and eager to get home to watch the Oscars.

As I approached the check out line Janet, a bagger, came around from behind the check out stand and took my cart and pushed it to the checker for me. She then said very sincerely, "How are you tonight? Is everything OK?" She continued talking with me as Claudia conducted my check. I started to leave and she took my cart and said, "Please allow me. You just relax and enjoy yourself." As we went outside, she commented on what a gorgeous evening it was. Her enthusiasm and upbeat positive attitude was contagious! She put my groceries in the car and I thanked her and offered a tip which she declined saying, "No ma'am, it's been my pleasure. You just have a great evening." I drove away thinking what a lovely night it was and how great I felt. My fatigue had completely disappeared!

Janet's attitude and customer rapport reflect the company philosophy and she is a Super Star on your impressive team.

Kristen is a SUPER STAR! She was very friendly, talkative, and customer service oriented!

She called customers by their name, and knew the products they normally purchased in the seafood/meat department. She always told the next customer waiting, she "would be with them in a few moments".

Her smile, eye contact and friendly attitude made shopping fun again!
